Building Bridges provides teams or cross-functional leaders facing pivotal change with a place to come together, build trust and embark on vital conversations in a whole-hearted, authentic way, allowing a new future to emerge.
Participants learn an approach that enables them to be in conversation in a way that builds trusts and gets results and a process to continue this way of being together in a sustainable way long after we’re gone.
Cohorts will be tailored to a client’s particular situation.
One to One Coaching: Each participant will have the opportunity to work with a coach individually to support them.
